Uplook

Terms of use

Rules for using Uplook and its individual beta. Read them before requesting access.

An aid, not a flight-safety system

Uplook provides flight information, alerts and voice interaction as an aid. It is not a flight-safety system, does not guarantee safe operation and does not replace the aircraft, controller, manufacturer instructions or the pilot’s judgment. Features and information may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.

Pilot responsibility

The pilot remains solely responsible for the aircraft and every flight decision. Maintain visual line of sight, follow the aircraft and controller manuals, check airspace and weather, and comply with all applicable local laws and operating rules. Never rely on Uplook as the sole source for a safety-critical decision.

Beta access

The beta is provided for evaluation and may change, be interrupted or end. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, it is provided “as is” and without express or implied warranties. The publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Personal license

A beta license is personal, for one email and one app installation. Do not share, sell or transfer the key. The publisher may suspend or revoke access for misuse, security reasons or when the beta ends, subject to mandatory law.

Privacy

The registration data and license records are handled as described in the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms. You can request access or deletion at contacto@sentineldev.cl; records that must be retained by law may remain.

Publisher and contact

Uplook is published by Sentinel cL SpA. Contact: contacto@sentineldev.cl.

Governing law

The governing law and competent forum are pending confirmation by the publisher (PENDING_OWNER). This section will be completed before the terms are treated as final.
